NTC Services AS(NTC) is very pleased to announce that Mads Ødven has accepted to join our team. NTC is experiencing significant growth in the data center business, which requires us to scale up and add resources to help us achieve our future growth goals.

NTC Services AS(NTC) is pleased to announce that Mads Ødven has been employed by NTC as of June 2025. We have recently been looking for resources with data center expertise within the hyperscale segment. After an electrical education, he has had relevant and useful experience from working at Bravida Førde and then Bravida Oslo projects. With responsibility as production manager for technical installations such as UPSs, generators and transformers, including the control systems, he is a perfect match with the corresponding needs in our data center installations. Mads comes from Critical Infrastructure Services (CIS) where he was both one of the founders and co-owner. There he has been involved in major installations for one of the large local hyperscale data centers, a background that fits perfectly into some of the projects that are ongoing with us in Norway and Northern Europe.
