One ​​of our most requested services is “Rack and Stack”. We understand that the process of receiving goods, unpacking them, assembling, wiring and labeling can be time-consuming and challenging. Our dedicated team of experts handles the entire process for you:

1. Reception and unpacking

When receiving goods, it is critical to check that correct quantities arrive, the servers and GPUs have enormous value, and these must also be checked in relation to transport damage which must be reported immediately. All shipments are normally very well packaged and cardboard, plastic and wood are sorted for recycling. With special equipment such as data lifts and other suitable solutions, the solutions are transported further into the data center for assembly.

2. Rack og rear door exchangers

A large number of the installations we have done recently use rear door exchangers. We place and level the racks, install the rear doors in accordance with regulations and also have a service program for these in the future in accordance with the customer’s SLA.

3. Assembly

Our team mounts the servers, PDU, cable routing, network equipment and other equipment in the racks, with high precision and accuracy. The AI ​​projects require a lot of cabling and we install suitable raceways to handle fiber optimally in terms of radius and routing down to the respective racks.

4. Cabling and marking

We provide professional cabling and clear labeling at both ends for easy identification and maintenance.

5. Testing and Verification

After installation, we carry out thorough testing and verification to ensure that everything works optimally from day one.
